Here's how to get free shipping on orders of $99.00 or more. Place items you want to purchase in your shopping cart. Proceed through our secure checkout. Select free Ground Shipping as your method of delivery. When you review your order, the shipping charges will have been deducted and you will see the savings in your order total. Send your order, and you're on your way. It's that easy!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FREE Ground Shipping on all orders: Offer applies only for standard ground shipping. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Offer only applicable on items where indicated. Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. This offer is not applicable to orders placed through Group Sales. Offer not valid on out-of-stock or cancelled merchandise. If you choose an expedited shipping option, such as next-day or second-day, your final shipping cost will not be discounted by any amount related to this offer. Offer is only valid while supplies last. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.



Return policy?
 
You may return any items sold by biofeet.com within 20 days of delivery for a refund . A return authorization (RA) must be issued from Biofeet.com. Any return without a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package will be refused. A time limit of 20 days from the date of purchase for returns applies to all consumer purchases. All return must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition . After inspection the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping cost. All items are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. BIOFEET.COM strongly recommends shipping your return through United parcel service (UPS) or FEDEX. Shipping policy?
 
On Occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page . We will notify you via email of any delays in shipping your order. By the last promised shipping date, we will send an email that advises your order will ship within the next 1- 3 business days unless you contact us to cancel the unshipped portion of your order. If we will be unable to meet the revised shipping time frame, we will notify you via email that we have cancelled the unshipped portion of your order and a refund will be issued. Verified orders will ship according to time frame stated on the product page once the order has been verified. customer can check the status of their order by logging into their My Account
 
We process our orders one day after it has been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall in to a Holiday. All orders are shipped complete if there is a backorder situation we will notify the customer in order to determine how to handle the situation. All back order orders are handled on a one by one basis. We will do our best to accommodate our customers.
